These terms govern your access to and use of Viveduca, available at viveduca.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Viveduca is a platform of interactive educational stories with communities, rankings, and time-limited competitions. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country to use Viveduca.
Some features require credits or a positive balance. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Payments are processed by PayPal, and each play or purchase is charged from your balance as indicated at the time.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the period you select until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time from your account, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.
Competitions run in limited time windows and award prizes funded in part by player activity, as described in the platform. Prize amounts are estimates and may vary with the number of participants. We may disqualify any participant who breaks these terms or manipulates results.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the service, using bots or automated methods, cheating in competitions, or infringing the rights of others.
The stories, text, graphics, software, and other content on Viveduca are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Viveduca or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them only within the service.
The platform relies on third-party services such as PayPal and Google sign-in. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.
To the extent permitted by law, Viveduca is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms Viveduca or other users. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date shown above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place where the operator of Viveduca is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that place. This does not deprive you of the protection granted by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
